This recipe is easy and rocks for the most refined palates:)
So, let's go?
- 3 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 330 ml of beer (one can), can be alcohol-free if you prefer
- 1/4 cup honey
- 8 teaspoons of cold butter
How to make:
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and butter a pan. In a bowl, add the flour, salt, honey, yeast and beer. Then mix. Pour the dough into the greased pan and place the 8 teaspoons of butter on top of the dough. Bake for 45 minutes or until the bread crust is lightly browned.
Try it with cream cheese, butter, spread cheese and even as a side dish for soups and broths!
