How about making chocolate and coconut truffles? Super easy and practical!
So, let's go! Ingredients:
- 1 kg of milk or semi-bitter chocolate
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- 1 packet of shredded coconut
- 1 small bar of white chocolate
How to do it:
1 - Bring the Condensed milk to low heat until it starts to release from the bottom of the pan, turn off the heat, add the coconut, mix well and let it cool.
2 - Break the chocolate bar into small pieces. Place in a dry ovenproof dish and microwave at medium power for 1 minute.
3 -Open, stir well with a wooden spoon and return to the microwave for another 30 seconds, stir well and if you need to return to the microwave until completely melted.
4 -Let it cool and put it in the truffle cups. If you don't have these molds, use the ice molds (the thinner ones are better).
5 - Cool it in the refrigerator until it hardens.
6 - Fill with the coconut, cover with the melted chocolate and take to the refrigerator again to harden. Unmold carefully and decorate with melted white chocolate.
Tip: melt the chocolate in small portions.
