This empadinha is easy ... great to offer as a starter and enjoy with your family!
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of Spread Cheese paste
- 4 tablespoons of hydrated gum for tapioca
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- salt, oregano and sesame to taste
- ready-made filling (can be chicken, tuna, meat, ricotta, olives, vegetables, or whatever you want)
Makes 6 empadinhas.
How to make:
In a bowl place the eggs and the spread cheese and mix them. Then add the salt. Mix again. Put the tapioca and beat. Now add the flour and mix until the dough is thicker.
In a pan place the first layer of dough (you can or use paper cups if you want), then put the filling and the second layer of dough. Finish with oregano and sesame.
Now put it in the preheated oven (200 ºC) and let it cook for 20 minutes!
